How We Work Together

This is a high-touch, private mentorship for couples.

We work inside a 3–6 month container, depending on your needs, pace, and depth.

This is not a rigid program. Your journey unfolds organically guided by what is alive in your relationship.

  • Regular 1:1 sessions together (60–90 minutes)

  • A fully customised journey for your relationship

  • Trauma-informed, somatic & relational work

  • Tantric and intimacy practices for connection & pleasure

  • Tools you can integrate into daily life

  • WhatsApp voice & text support between sessions

  • Practices, meditations & embodiment tools as needed
