I am Heidi,

your holistic health coach

When you are healthy, you have a pile of dreams. When you are sick, you have only one dream—to be healthy—and you’re willing to do anything to achieve it. This was my reality. I lost my competitive sports career around the age of 25 due to continuous illness, treated with numerous medications and even surgeries. The result was a sick and fragile young woman who felt unwell for over 10 years.

I realized that doctors alone wouldn’t give me health. What I didn’t realize then was that I was unknowingly destroying my own health. My symptoms were treated, but no one sought the real cause of my illness. I suffered long-term stress from my career, lacked self-love, wasn’t living a passionate life, ate foods that made me sick, and didn’t nourish myself with healing foods. I had lost connection with myself, and my relationships felt superficial. There were many unspoken issues—I kept things inside, hadn’t processed my traumas, and didn’t understand the importance of sexuality as part of holistic health. How could anyone make me healthy under these conditions?

One night, lying in bed, I realized I wouldn’t live a long or good life if nothing changed. In desperation, I searched for a training program to help me recover. That’s when I found a course called Holistic Skin, Nutrition, and Beauty Therapist. The program description mentioned slow rituals, Kundalini yoga, meditation, face yoga, and passionate living. It sounded heavenly—it was exactly what I needed. That’s where my journey truly began.

I took my healing into my own hands. I studied for a new profession and resigned from my job after an 11-year career. I went on to earn a certificate in passionate living and eventually studied under an internationally respected spiritual leader. Traveling the world under her guidance, I deeply learned what passionate living, spirituality, and self-love truly mean.

After more than 20 years together, I divorced, as the relationship no longer supported my healing. I continued my studies with another internationally renowned teacher and graduated as a trauma-informed tantric love, sex, and relationship coach (VITA method). Along the way, I attended additional trainings, always pursuing the learning I needed to support my healing journey.

It worked. I am forever grateful for my path, and I love my work helping others on their own healing journeys.

Now, at 46, I am healthy and vibrant. I live a life that feels authentically mine, full of joy, and with the energy to pursue my dreams.
